Savvy foodies know the best grub is often found at a hole in the wall. You go to Noi's to impress out of town guests with the... ambience -- but you go to Lotus on the day to day for the food. I've eaten Thai everywhere on the Central Coast. Lotus has thebest beef salad anywhere. Everything is top notch! Read more

Hot & Spicy Basil was excellent, apps were good, Pad Thai was dry and lacked flavor. I'd give them another try when I'm in... town. Read more

The staff was super friendly, and they had no problem explaining the ingredients in certain dishes I had questions about. My... food was (of course) fresh and very hot when it was ready to-go. I enjoyed the delicious Mixed Vegetables and my mother lovedher Simple Veggie Soup. I?m extremely satisfied; the food was so filling and I only got halfway through!! I forgot to take apicture because it just smelled too good! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!!! Read more

Hidden gem in Los Osos. Their food has flavor and it is abundant. We order the cashew nut chicken which has the right amount of... spice and flavor. They now accept credit cards so it is more convenient. Read more

Not sure if it was a bad night or what, but it took an hour to get two orders of curry. We ordered the pineapple and shrimp... curry, and it was very lackluster. Shrimp had obviously been frozen, and was dry and chewy. Pineapple bits were from a can. Thecurry itself was ok in flavor, but not amazing. And there wasn't anything else in the curry. No vegetables at all. Just curry, shrimp, and pineapple. Should really be half the price for the quality. Read more

First time there tonight and ordered the Green Curry & Drunken Noodles both with Chicken To-Go and it was amazing! Green curry... had plenty of fresh vegetables (squash, bell peppers) with the perfect balance of chicken and this would easily serve 2 but youmight as well get two orders or you?ll be fighting over the last serving...the drunken noodles had that tasty wok grilledchicken with more fresh bell peppers and tomatoes and basil all sautéed together making for a delicious blend with thin stickytextured noodles. Prices are very reasonable for the large portion sizes. This place definitely is up there on the Best Thai onthe central coast list. Good thing I just bought a house across the street because now I?m going to be a regular ?????????????? Read more

Authentic and delicious. A very small place, they've wisely chosen to stick with a small menu and serve a few items prepared... very well. Quite an unexpected find. Read more
