This place has the worse customer service in the area, I stop by to eat and this woman that they call la mamá, was having... actitud to serve the food and I asked why she had attitude and said that she was too busy serving the food. I told her that sheneed to leave the bad actitud in home and she started to say bad words to me and as I was leaving the place I her she said yourfxxxx Mother in spanish. Not coming back here again. Wearing face mask I went in and placed an order for 2 foot longs. One person made both subs. Service was fast. Subs were... perfect! This isn't my regular location but they had the $5 sale. Worth driving a couple of extra miles. Will come again! Read more
Waited for 4 minutes while in the store and it was only myself. He was so into making an online order, he didn't see me enter.... He basically said he would be with me shortly after he finished his last sandwich and he did not. I had to say something to himand even began to walk out before he stopped to do what I needed and that was, serve me. He was lazy and didn't want to go backto retrieve what was needed to be refilled so I threatened to leave again. The only reason why I remained after waiting wasbecause my best friend and daughter also wanted a sub. We got 3 sandwiches and I made up in my mind while there, I will notsupport that location again. All the staff at this location are very friendly make great sandwiches. Not many places in this area have great customer... service, this Subway is one of the rare exceptions. It also needs pointing out that there's hardly any wait here, service isfast. On top of all the above, they keep the place clean at all times. Read more

I cannot have bread (health issue) and don't like lettuce. I feel if I go here I'm forced to eat bread as my salads have left me... wondering what I'm pay 7.10 for. Disappointing. I dread if it's the only place I can get to. When I ask for extra I'm given verylittle. When eating a sandwich I'd like more than six pieces of spinach. Frustrating.. Read more
The best Subway anywhere near here. I live closer to one in Dunkirk, but this one is worth the drive. The ownership is great,... and very friendly to my family whenever we come in. Read more
