Very beautiful and atmosphere was amazing! If you are traveling in East Tennessee this needs to be on your bucket list!
Part of the building is a very old, beautiful log cabin. I LOVED IT! I walked all around looking at the logs and historic... photos! Our server was very nice, and the food came out quickly. We were going to TicToc for ice cream after dinner, so hubbyand I split a meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans. The portions were large, especially the meatloaf, andeverything was very good! The green beans tasted like my grandma's! The only reason for 4 stars, is that I ordered a bakedpotato, but they didn't have any. We were there pretty early, and the mashed potatoes were really good, so I won't hold itagainst them too much! I used to enjoy this place A LOT! I've been a faithful customer for a couple years now, At first the food was all amazing and... the service was great too. But as time has gone on it has gone downhill fast. First I noticed that the shrimp that were largeand juicy were replaced with smaller and poorer quality ones in their Shrimp and Grits. Then it continued on where I would orderthe amazing hot pork rinds with beer cheese dip to the last time I was there it looked like they just opened a bag of regularrinds and they were not hot at all and less than 1/2 the amount. They have messed my order up more than once and when I let oneof the owners know the response left the feeling they don't really care. Once I placed my order and after almost an hour waitthe waitress said they forgot to check on it. My most recent visit there were only about 8 customers on an early Saturdayevening and I heard the waitress tell the customers they didn't have a lot of the things they normally served. When I asked forthe manager because of my very disappointing order I was told it was their day off. I feel really bad because I want so much tolike this place, but It's gotten to the point where I'll now dine someplace else. It's a shame because I have taken at least 12different people there to share the experience but I don't any longer because I'd feel embarrassed. I really wished "Restaurant:Impossible" would have helped them out instead of Z's Fish House that only lasted about a year after they were in Loudon. Weneed a good place to dine here. Read more
Food is always good. Catfish is great, I highly recommend it. Wait staff is always respectful, nice & friendly. It's a good... family restaurant but I kinda feel it's really more for couples and I enjoy that because it's usually just me & my wife and welike it there. Read more

We had lunch here yesterday. The atmosphere is great. We ate on the patio, it was cold inside for me but that doesn't say much.... I'm always cold! Our waitress was really nice. I had the chicken tenders. They were good but nothing special. Read more
I've been to this location for every restaurant in it since 2005. Every one complained of the high rent, too small a kitchen, &... left. Sadly, the current restaurant may go the same way. I hate to leave this review. 3rd time with this group: different days,times, & party size. EACH time 45-60 minute wait for the food to arrive, no matter what ordered (first visit, everyone orderedthe Cobb salad!). Each time, out of many food choices, this time, no lettuce, not for even the salad. I suggest if they want tostay in business, drop the dinner items like rib eye (unavailable) , flounder (overcooked or unavailable), ribs (not flavorful),and meat loaf (too salty). Stick to the easy bar food items like burgers and chicken tenders (both good) that are available andas that seemed where the crowd goes anyway (the tavern side w/ live music). The servers were attentive and friendly & not theirfault on so many unavailable menu items. I do like the pimento grits. I took my mother for her birthday as she chose it,thinking 3rd time a charm, and it was a disappointment. However, if you're there for the drinks and live music, then it's theplace for you. Read more
