Very likely the worst McDonald?s I was ever at. There was no one taking orders at the counter so I had to order through the app.... After waiting over 15 minutes on a coffee drink I still couldn?t get anyone?s attention, and I ended up leaving without my foodor a refund. And I was not the only one, multiple people walked out without their orders, complaining about the service, while Iwas waiting on mine. Stay away from this place! Read more
This place is so ridiculous. We have now sat in line for 30 minutes the employees and management are incompetent rude and... disrespectful. They are literally waiting for people to leave so they don't have to work. I will be calling their corporateoffice to make a formal complaint About their drive-through attendant and management. I hate coming here and I won't be comingback! Still waiting... it's now been 35 minutes and absolutely no progress. RIDICULOUS! It's now been 40 minutes still noprogress. This is a descent store,just badly located. I prefer my restaurant to be restaurants and my gas stations to be just gas... stations. I get it, one stop, convenient and all but its really just multiple business sharing the same parking and bathroom.So you get the same amount people coming into the same are where they used to be separate, creating a more relaxed atmosphere inmy opinion and for this reason all businesses inside of another business will never get more than 3 maybe 4 stars. And you stillmake TWO stops, you can't just buy a big Mac and 2 packs of camels ! Read more
Went at almost 1 am last night after me and a fellow manager of another fast food restaurant nearby got off of work. Was told... they only had the late night options, which was fine. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a 10 piece, small fry, and 2 big sandwiches.Didn't try to eat til I got home and actually relaxed. Took one bite out of a raw burger, burnt on the outside. Immediately spitit out. I don't understand why it seems as if no matter how long I wait between going there late (typically wait a month or 2,only order here that late because it's the only place open), there is always a major issue with my visit. Highly recommend yougo in the morning or early afternoon. The night shift seems to not even care what they do or serve while being paid to be there. Read more
HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would !! (I was the first person in line no one was ahead... of me) I went there at 4:06am and waited for 3 minutes at the speaker (complete silence for 3 minutes no one said anything)finally a woman takes my order says she has trouble hearing me and rings me up for a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle sun baconfor 25 cents I?ve never seen it rang up that way but I wasn?t going to argue so I added a medium Carmel iced coffee and pulledup to the next window. I was greeted and handed my coffee while I waited for 7 more minutes on my food. When I get to work andtake the mcgriddle out of the bag to my surprise it feels lighter than normal and I open it to realize it only has bacon on it.BACON ONLY. no egg no cheese which is not what I paid almost 4 dollars for !!
