I go to McDonald's for my two sons which have autism in there to McDonald's a lot I visit there at least once or twice a week... with coupons either paper or on the mobile app they offer good mobile app options as far as coupons my mom does the surveys forme and she hands me the receipt and mainly involved getting free items or at least spending a dollar in order to get a free itemgood coupon good friendly atmosphere Read more
This is actually a fantastic location. Unfortunately they cannot help the customer base. I mean they can feed them but you cant... fix stupid. This is the type of location where you'll find trump people insisting to use a coupon for every item they order XDwhile feeding the grandkids. The entitlement is real, they put out better made mcdonalds branded food than 90% of the locationsin this area. The poor rating is a reflection of the population of colonie. They think Lainies Cafe is fine dining. I rest mycase. Read more
Their speed isn't great, but service is better than many from the times I have stopped for my teenager.
I ordered a breakfast meal which consisted of an egg McMuffin, hash brown and orange juice. I was charged over $9.00 for this... meal. ONE egg McMuffin, Hash brown and orange juice. I mentioned to the cashier that this meal states on the menu that it's$7.00 and change, which I thought was waaay too much already for what I ordered. The cashier called the manager to explain theincrease in cost. The manager explained that it was because I asked for the orange juice instead of the coffee, which is what'sincluded with the meal. So, I mentioned them charging me another $2.00 for orange juice instead of the coffee, (which they getto keep, mind you), for a total of over $9.00 for an egg McMuffin, which is about four bites, a hash brown, which is less thanfour bites, and a cup of orange juice. The cashier ended up giving me the meal for the original price, which was stillridiculous. But because they tried to, and really did, overcharge me for what I received, I will never set foot in thatMcDonald's again. And mind you, this was the first time that I had set foot in a McDonald's since before the pandemic started,over two years ago. That might've been my last time ever going to another McDonald's. Went through the drive thru here and was fifth in line. The line moved pretty slowly. Finally, I received my food. The fries... (pictured) look like they came from the floor beneath the fryer. Stale, flavorless, some burnt, some soggy. Ick. My triplecheeseburger was just a regular cheeseburger missing the two patties I ordered. My chicken nuggets were missing the sauce Iordered as well. At least the workers are friendly here. They save this place from a one star rating. Read more
