Haven't had Subway in years, figured we would try them again, suppose to be improved?? Ordered online, was quoted a time and... wasn't ready. The rolls were crumbly and fell apart, not fresh! Wow. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Ordered food online. Went to get it. Guy behind counter says he never received order. Tells... me he will make the order. Looks at my phone says sorry no meatballs. So I order a toasted chicken onion teriyaki and say I willbe back in 10 minutes to get it. Go back. Lights are off. Sign says they are open until 8 pm. It?s only 6:55 pm. He hands methree subs barely wrapped with no bag and says you are my last customer I am quitting tonight and closing early. Great!Wonderful! I get home. All three subs are not even cut in half. My chicken teriyaki sub is not toasted and cold with nodressing. My husband?s sub had olives and no Mayo when I ordered no olives and extra Mayo. My son?s sub also has olives and ison wheat bread. This place has a problem with management,they hire people and hands out bounce checks (insufficient funds)This place needs to... be investigated by the nys labor and standards. I wouldn't recommend this place to eat because they also need to beinvestigated for not being bad food handling,dirty and unkept. Read more
This Subway Restaurant is along side of the bank, so it seems odd when following directions. Overall this is a decent Subway.... Staff is friendly and service is good. Subway is of course pretty basic food. The location is convenient for a quick bite whileshopping. Read more
Go to the next subway... Waited 15+ minutes for my sub. First they only had Wheat flat bread, I could tell it was a different... color, I asked if it was white - She was not going to tell me they were out of white, she was just going to give me wheat.. Then I had to repeat my order 2 more times after changing my bread choice. Got the new carved turkey Bacon on an Italian herb &cheese bread. Whomever was ringing customers out needs to head back to elementary school. He had a difficult time counting$0.93 back to the lady 2 people ahead of me. Then another minute for him to break open a roll of nickels. Finally 15 minutesafter walking in to the place I get to my car. The very first bite is some plastic or something in my sub, throw out the firsthalf. Open up and look through the second half hopeful it was okay, since by now I am back to my office and can not go outagain.
