I'm a former employee for this McDonald's they treat there employees like trash they cut your hours if they don't like u and... it's filthy fly's in the kitchen landing on the food half of the employees hardly ever clean the grills and the fryers are grossit's just all around a terrible place in my opinion they need new management maybe then things would change but it's clear thatnobody cares there it's a shame .. My husband and I stopped in. No one was at the front for a long while, while waiting a manager getting Drive thru orders... together looked straight at us, no greeting, nothing just continued what she was doing. Figured since we were going to wait mayas well go to the sit down restaurant down the street with much friendlier and welcoming folks. Won't be back! They closed early without posting it or acknowledging any of the patrons in drive-thru...and had an "Oh, well" attitude when... asked about it. As someone whose first job was at McDonald's and took pride in the product and customer service, this experiencewas HORRIBLE. Read more
Treated my 80 year old father to a quick lunch. Average McDonald's food but way too many flies, I expect some this time of year... and he grew up on and has been around farming most of his life and he complained about how disgusting that was. Makes you wonderhow many were back by the food line and how many people going through the drive thru had no idea. We'll be finding a differentplace when around Loudonville Read more
I am a frequent flyer at this location and there frappes are the best whoever trains there drive thru people does a good job I... tend to joke with them at the speaker and they normally play rite along and seem to enjoy there jobs Read more
This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. We went around lunch time yesterday, so we anticipated a wait, but the two... line system is being incredibly poorly run. We got trapped into the inside lane by a bunch of rude customers, so initially notthe McDonalds people's fault. However, we then waited FORTY MINUTES IN LINE because we were trapped and the cashier's were onlytalking to the "lane 2" customers. So we sat trapped, completely unable to get out of the line, and then we get up there andthey didn't even have all day breakfast, so my husband couldn't get a hashbrown. Very nice place. One of the nicest McDonald's around. Clean good parking. Nice clean Inside. Manager helped me with my order on... my app. Somehow it messed up or I hit the wrong button. But she was nice and fixed it. Thank you again Read more
