Worst pizza hut that we have ever been to. Date July4th. We arrived at 630pm. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, 8 of us. A... waiter/server asked what drinks we wanted....50 minutes pass..no drinks or menus. I go up to counter to remind them...and theybring our drinks. Another 1/2 hour passes..no menus and no order asked to be placed. Thena server , i think , gary, asked ifwe placed an order, we said no. So he put one in for us. He then came back ....were out of chicken for pizza, and tea.About 8pm.A " manager" comes to the table and says she is sorry. There short handed and there is a lot going on in the kitchen. We ordersome family thing....2 pizza,drink,breadsticks...at 830pm , we got the pizza (4), never got the 2 orders of breadsticks. On topof it all we found out they closes the dinning room down at 7pm. ( explains why only one other table) thats why it was hard tounderstand what was going on. The manager came back over about 845pm and said she took 30% off the bill..my mouth dropped! Iworked at a major food chain. After a 2+ hour wait, we would have compt the entire bill. I took the bill up front to pay, andask for a phone number...she pulled it out of my hand and said " I'LL TAKE CARE OF THAT." I understand being short handed, plusbeing a holiday. It seems this hut has these problems a lot. Maybe it's time to only be open certain days/times. If you can'tstaff, something has to be done. I feel bad for those workers. Read more
We were camping for the weekend and didn't want to cook. We stopped here and sat inside for dinner. The wait staff is very... friendly! The manager was AMAZING! Please tell him that!! It was very busy and they were very short staffed he and the otherwait staffed busted their butts to keep everything moving. Even though I know it was stressful the manager did not kept calm andcollected. That is the type of manager everyone should see and have! Thank you for a great dinner!!! Read more
Came in and was seated within a minute. Waiter didn?t want to deal with us, party of 13. Took our drink orders after a few... minutes. Waited over 20 minutes more and nothing. No drinks came, no orders were taken. Waiter kept looking at us but wouldn?tcome over. However waited on everyone else. There was only 2 other tables. We walked out. Worst Pizza Hut location. Just camping in Loudenville for the weekend and pizza sounded good. This Pizza Hut should be a training site for others... ???????????? super friendly and attentive staff. Food was amazing. Accurate and quick. Probably the cleanest Pizza Hut I?ve everbeen to! Great Job! Read more
