Went through the drive thru. Was given someone else's order by mistake but the girl was really nice about it and said to keep it... so my mom got extra food that she said she was going to share with her coworkers. Nice to have a friendly person at a drivethru. A lot of people at drive thrus seem to have bad attitudes. Read more
Ordered a 12 piece family meal. The chicken was not cooked completely, the potatoes were only filled to half of the "large"... size container, and there were dry potato flakes throughout the potatoes. Read more

Food was ok but when we were rudely disrespected by the cashier at the window, Cindy, I believe that sets the tone for your... opinion in the whole matter. We ordered a meal and my daughter said, "can you make the fries a large" she added on a fry. Sowhen we told her what we meant she then proceeded to be rude with, "I made it separate because of what you ordered" sorry ladybut that was not what was said clean your ears out or get hearing aids! She then says it will be a wait and we kindly said okand she proceeds to close the window as she is shaking her head as if she got stung by a bee on her neck! Lol. Hardee's food is always pretty solid- we barely missed breakfast, so we got an early, fresh lunch. The food itself was about... normal, though there's always something special about fresh fries (they were GOOD) Unfortunately, our fast food was notremotely fast. Maybe a callout or breakdown of some kind, but the visit took over 20 minutes via their drive thru. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and onion ring sandwich was burnt and chicken was chewy one of the onion rings was unchewable
The lady at the front was very rude not only to me but every other customer except for some guy her age she knew and was... flirting with. My burger had mold on it and was nasty. Read more
