Went to McDs on my lunch break. Ordered on the app thinking it would be faster. Parked and put my spot number in. Took over 20... minutes to bring me my food. And they didnt give me a straw. Was late getting back to work. Read more

The inside looks so different now, it's very modern sleek looking. Also they have lots of options to choose from for foods,... coffees on forth. But I really do enjoy there food. There stuff is amazing but I wouldn't go there when it's in a rush becausethe quality will go down sometimes with them trying to get people out quickly Read more

Don't go to McDonald's much and won't be going again. Yesterday stopped by at 1:15 to get some ice cream. Noticed the drive... through has changed from one line straight through to two lines being funneled into a choke point and then one line again. Result is changing a slow drive through to a very slower drive through. In doing so most of the existing parking spaces wereeliminated. Who ever came up with this idea should be fired. After waiting in a non-moving drive through line, decided to parkand go inside, hoping for faster service. Not a good move. Had to park 50 yards from entrance and after waiting in anon-moving line of 4 for 5 minutes just gave up. Only one register was being used so they probably don't have enough employees. Never saw anyone who looked or acted like a manager. The wait time, drive through design, lack of parking and propermanagement are unacceptable. Read more

Went through drive thru and ordered a bunch of food turned out they gave me the wrong order so I called and talked to someone... they told me keep the receipt and they will replace my food fast forward to the next day I go in with my reciept and the manageron duty Crystal says she can't replace my food because whoever I talked to didn't write it down. Umm how is that my fault I havemy receipt??? I guess she wanted to keep it for herself very very poor customer service skills. As a loyal McDonald's customer Iwas highly unhappy with the way she treated me something needs to be done. Read more

1.49 for a cheeseburger but they want 1.99 for a SMALL fry? The strawberry pie was dry and overcooked and very hard.

Really bad management and staff. My wife placed a mobile order while putting the baby to bed and I went to get it. They would... not let me get the order since my wife's phone was not "there". You think that they'd be able to figure out a more customerservice friendly solution then telling me that I have to go get the phone. Went across the street to get breakfast and will notbe coming back. Read more

This McDs is one of the grossest ones I've ever been in. Every table was dirty, I mean your hand sticks to the table dirty.... There are flies everywhere buzzing around. Many of the teenage staff has their faces buried in a smartphone texting. Is there amanager on duty? Take a pass on this one. Read more
