This place was the dirtiest & most unorganized restaurant, I've ever been to...They would make customer wait about 5 mins... between taking each order. I gave up & just went inside... I expected them to be short-handed & to my surprise went I walked inthere was like five people inside. They had someone doing dishes during lunch. No lids or straws in lobby...Idk who trains orruns this place, but the owner needs a NEW GENERAL MANAGER ...ASAP... Read more
Ordered 2for4 croissant sandwiches, 1 combo with a small coffee and a med iced coffee. We were the only ones in line, dt or... lobby at 8 am. It took nigh on 15 minutes for us to get two sandwiches, two cartons of stale old hash browns, and the icedcoffee. We paid $13 to get one drink, and 2 sandwiches. Never coming back Read more
The manager flew out of the store jumped in his car very angry and hot tailed it out the parking lot.he was very fortunate no... one was walking.the store was nasty, employees were very discouraged and at that point didn't care and stated the fact.Something needs to be done if the manager can't even make sure the store is clean and stocked before he leaves. I gave my order to the Employee behind the counter. He couldn't get it right for a while, for two Whoppers. Then told me to step... aside, I told him when I got my Cups I would. A real genius. The Whoppers were very good. No ice in the Drink Machine. They needto get some Ice next Door and fill the Machine up. Or get an Ice Machine. Read more
Horrible service, and even worse food quality. The "children" behind the counter were rude, and throwing fries at each other.... If I could leave a no stars I would, it had to be the worst meal from a Burger King I've ever received. Read more

This place is terrible and has been for a decade or more. For some dam reason my family like it. Just made an online order.... Pulled up to drive thru and was behind one car. 7 minutes later they are finally speaking to me at the speaker and inform me itwill be 5 to 10 minutes before they can get to me due to a large order ahead of me. There was only one person ahead of me and heordered 4 meals, that's not a large order. I heard his whole order. 34 minutes later I had my food. It was wrong, cold, and notworth the wait. Items missing from the order plus we had items we didn't even order. This is my normal experience here over theyears and I try it once or twice a year to see if anything has changed. I went for breakfast they said to pull up for my hash rounds and i told them i didn't have time. He then gave me my biscuit and... tea and sent me on my way with oh sorry i gave you the meal price because it was cheaper. When i took the biscuit out it wasover done by alot. My tea tasted like soda. It was not anything i would recommend. Read more
