I am usually pretty understanding as I work in customer service myself. Today's staff seemed to be a rowdy group of unsupervised... teens. I have no problem with having fun while at work, however, I heard more chatting and goofing off in the back area whilethe counter tops, floors, and soda stations were filthy and unstocked. We were prompted to take a number at the order stationand there weren't any. I saw a few workers that were doing a good job staying busy! I feel like those workers carry the weightof the whole store while the others goof off. The drive through line is consistently very slow which after this experienceseems to be less of a staffing issue and more of a staffing quality issue. The hard workers today deserve raises and the onesgoofing off need more supervision. The facility was beyond unkept and there were plenty of staff members standing around beingpaid to goof off while others were working 3 peoples load. Read more
This McDonald's generally has slower service but the food is always fresh and hot. The last time I was there I sat and waited... for 20 minutes at curbside delivery before going in to get my sausage egg mcgriddle. I would never wait that long normally but Ifell to sleep. Didn't receive a apology of any kind or a thank you. Normally I would boycott any store with treatment like thatexcept it's the only McDonald's near my job. Read more
Overall good place. Store looked good. Only gave 4 stars due to the person on the speaker didn't give me a total just said... "please pull to the first window" then at the window the gentleman just stuck his hand out without speaking. So I had to ask"what was the total?" Read more
No complaints. Sandwich was fresh, the mcnuggets were fresh and hot. I was a little disappointed in the sprite. Tasted less... sweet than I'm used to...good, reliable service. Almost exactly what you would always come to expect. Read more
as a resident of the town in which this mcdonald?s is in, i can vouch for the other 1 stars and say that usually, this mcdanks... is not that good. they get my order right but the quality of the food (which is bad to start with but sometimes it just cannotbe up to health codes) is very questionable. my shamrock shake was really just not mixed up at all and it was super liquid-y?theopposite of what a shake should be. the wait times have also been ridiculous, but it?s to be noted that there are hardly everany workers there, so i feel bad for them and try to give them some grace. nonetheless, i?ve got countless chicken nuggets andsprite that sends you into orbit from here and they?ve been fine, so i can?t complain a whole lot. not great, but not as good asit can be. I'm very disappointed. Used to be the best McDonalds we ever ate. Just recently moved to the area from Kc and it was nice to... have smiling faces and fresh food. Today was not that great experience. Burger looks, feels, tastes like it's been in a hotwindow for an hour. Cheese and the patty are just dried out and burnt. Fries were extremely hot and fresh so we didn't think tocheck the burger. Went to this fast food restaurant looking to enjoy a nice MEDIUM carmel frappe with EXTRA caramel drizzle free of any coughs,... diseases, free of whipped cream (saw with my own eyes they were constantly messing around) off of a dirty employees shirt, aswell as some nice manners?. Little to my surprise I got NONE of these?. Oh! Expect for the medium size the first round ofgetting the order wrong. I genuinely have never had this bad of an experience with McDonald?s, the workers showed no respectwhatsoever? I am scared to take a sip of my drink because of fear of sipping a lougy up.
