Most incompetent staff at any sonic I've ever seen. Waited 25 minutes. Literally one out of 8 items was correct, and the only... item that was "special" was a burger ordered without ketchup, which came loaded with ketchup. Read more
This place is horrible. Service and food. If you don't want to take care of customers and put out a good product why even... open? No one there cares. The monkeys run the circus. Look at all the recent reviews. You would think they would get theidea. But management just doesn't care. Read more
This branch is just so plagued with problems. If they manage to get your order out to you correctly which they probably won't,... it will probably take at least 20 minutes to get even the simplest things like a drink or ice cream, and even then your icecream might be melted and wrong. I don't know what's going on here but it should be the last choice on your list. Read more
I spent nearly 45 minutes there waiting for my food. I pressed the red order button a few different times and waited for 25... minutes before going to the drive through area to order and wait almost another 15 minutes to get my food. The only reason thisis two stars is because the food was very hot and good. It was not worth the wait though, that was crazy. Read more

This place has seriously gone down hill throughout 2020 but anymore you are lucky if they even bring you your food. We ordered... corn dogs tonight in the drive through and ended up leaving 20 minutes later empty handed. Fortunately we didn't order ahead orwe would have already paid.
