This place is horrible. Service and food. If you don't want to take care of customers and put out a good product why even... open? No one there cares. The monkeys run the circus. Look at all the recent reviews. You would think they would get theidea. But management just doesn't care. Read more
This branch is just so plagued with problems. If they manage to get your order out to you correctly which they probably won't,... it will probably take at least 20 minutes to get even the simplest things like a drink or ice cream, and even then your icecream might be melted and wrong. I don't know what's going on here but it should be the last choice on your list. Read more
I spent nearly 45 minutes there waiting for my food. I pressed the red order button a few different times and waited for 25... minutes before going to the drive through area to order and wait almost another 15 minutes to get my food. The only reason thisis two stars is because the food was very hot and good. It was not worth the wait though, that was crazy. Read more
I come here nearly all the time and while for a while it was funky service because of management changes I think the kids that... work here are doing a great job. Always kind, always helpful and always doing whatever is in their power to fix any issues thatcome up. I love this place and honestly those kids deserve big raises! Read more
I wouldn't even give them a star. I pressed the red button right next to my friends at 9:55 and my friends across from me were... able to order. I was denied service, and I was told at 9:57 that they were closed and were no longer serving. I have many yearsof experience working at a restaurant. When you say you're open until 10 you serve people until 10. The manager here was lazyand chasing her own agenda. I was not served, and will never order food here again. Read more
Belton location is very slow except for while you are ordering, which is rushed most of the time from my experience. I will only... order drinks because everything tastes like grease. The lady time I ate there I only took a few bites and gave up then had myhusband stop so I could wash my hands in a MUD PUDDLE. My Lord, it was such a relief I couldn't believe it. This place has seriously gone down hill throughout 2020 but anymore you are lucky if they even bring you your food. We ordered... corn dogs tonight in the drive through and ended up leaving 20 minutes later empty handed. Fortunately we didn't order ahead orwe would have already paid. Previous to this year they would often mess up an order. I'm afraid that Louisburg had no fastfood options left that I will be frequenting. Read more
