Worst subway ever. No bread available. Maybe they should focus more on making bread that paying celebrities for commercials. The... first time I went, I was the Only customer with three workers and no one would serve me. Talked for 5 minutes straight anddidn?t even look at me. Never coming back to this trash place. Usually wait in curbside parking like the app asks you to do, but frequently the order never comes out and you have to go in and... find it. Usually only 2 working the counter, so I try to give a little sympathy, but if you provide curbside with signs, payattention to the app when your customers arrive. Read more

Listen, I understand that the sandwich business is very serious. But I don't think I need some girl getting frustrated with us... while making our sandwiches and acting like we're putting her out. I mean seriously it's literally her job to be makingsandwiches. I can't imagine her having something more important to do, other than firing up some more loaves of bread. Becausethe first thing she barked at us when we walked in the door was "WE DONT HAVE ITALIAN HERB AND CHEESE BREAD". Anyways, superunfriendly crew at the subway in Louisburg. Read more

Drive thru was really slow. If took way to long to make 2 easy sandwiches 25 minutes. Tuna with salt/pepper, and a Cold Cut... with salt/pepper, light lettuce, and olives. Read more

The only reason it gets 3 stars is because there's this wonderful guy who works there who absolutely nails our orders every... time. We always try to tip him. I wish I knew his name to give him proper credit. We went earlier in the day and our order wasincorrect. We'd never had to worry about this so we just went home with our order. When we got home we discovered everything wasmissing at least one item and one had a sauce on it that our family member absolutely hates. This person we saw when going backapparently knows nothing of customer service. They didn't want to remake the entire order (you should, we drove 20 miles roundtrip, 2 TIMES) and insisted he would have throw away the one that he reluctantly said "fine I'll remake it." Any other businessI've been to lets you keep the incorrect order and makes it all new (especially during COVID). Whoever manages this Subway,retrain your employees please. It felt like a battle just to get the toppings that weren't included. (Pretty sure the guy who wehad to deal with was Justin) Read more

I love their drive thru. It makes it so convenient to grab some food without having to carry in my 5 month old. The wait can be... long at times, but it is worth it to not have to come inside. The buttons on the touch screen sometimes don't register when Ihit more or less of a certain item. Overall, a great place. Read more
