I'm hate to do this but zero stars should be an option. I sat in the drive through of the Louisburg Sheetz for 45 min for 3... milkshakes, I couldn't even get out of line cause the suv in front of me wouldn't go forward and there was 5 cars behind me.Thank God there was not a medical emergency cause a person could not get out of line for anything. I called the corporateoffice, which I never would do normally, but after stuck for 30 min in a non moving line, it started to raise my temper, thenwhen it hit 45, I was pretty livid. Lesson learned. Always running out of basic food items. Milk?you can sell it but can?t serve it in your coffee? Buy a smoothie and you?ll have... to avoid whole ice cubes. Go through the drive through and get an scorned from the (1) employee running it because ?you ordereda bunch of stuff dude.? Order a latte and there?s a 1 in 4 chance that it?s passable. You have a better chance of getting a 2/3full cup of coffee flavored milk. I thought it was a chain supply issue combined with employee shortage but go to any otherSheetz, also in the middle of no where, and the rest are fine. Ordered my food and been standing here for a hour when I first walked in waiting by the regiser there just standing there... talking and still been waiting on my food on too that the store in Louisburg is almost out of everything what the heck isgoing on store is just about empty if not have anything might as well just turn it into only a gas station Read more
Food is 50/50. Had good hotdogs the other day, but my pizza today was overdone. Never too satisfied with the mozzarella sticks.... They taste acidic and aren't exactly pretty. Read more
The drive thru is the absolute worst experience ever. It took us a little bit to order, the same cars who were sitting by the... window hadn't moved an inch. We've literally been sitting in this line for over 25 mins, and haven't moved at all. No sign oflife at the window.... Same two cars still in front of us. This is absolutely ridiculous! Twenty mins after getting to thewindow we finally got our food and were able to leave.... Really need to work on your drive thru times. ***Edit: Got home andthere is no ranch on my salad, that I ordered, including the extra.... both of which I was charged for. Slow service! This place is absolutely disgusting! I pointed out the nasty filth on the floors and the cashier said "we try and... clean it on the go" but yet there hasn't been a customer in sight for an hour. This nasty trash all over the floor took allnight to pile up, no way you people clean up after yourself! Definitely calling corporate. I would never get food from thisplace.
