EDIT: My previous review was pretty glowing, but over the past year the pizzas from here have gotten much worse. They now have... a recurring problem: NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS. This pizza was ordered with 3 toppings: 2x beef, 1x sausage. Plus I requested extrasauce, which they charged me $2 for. As you can see, this is NOT a triple-topping pie. This looks to me like a single-toppingpizza. Plus they did not add any extra sauce. Again, as I had to last time, I had to use the marinara that came with the breadsticks to add sauce to the pizza myself. I paid $30 for one pizza and some bread sticks. Ordered one thin crust pizza and one hand tossed. Got two hand tossed. Was supposed to have peppers and other items on one... pizza. Was only on half of one. Other pizza was bbq. Half had the wrong toppings. Delivery was only five minutes over estimatedwhich is fine. For the price I paid I'm disappointed. Not coming back. Edit: Got reached out to by the general manager and wasgenuinely trying to make it right with me for my experience. I've seen very few places like this have management like this thatactually cares as I've worked at a pizza place in the past myself. Very disorganized ordering experience. Placed my order via the website and arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later. They told... me they did not have an order after I told them what I placed. Troubleshooting this was not helped by the fact that, forwhatever reason, I was not sent a confirmation email after the order (although I was charged, so the order did go through).After a few minutes they told me my order came through and it would be ready in 15. I was hungry and in a hurry to get home, soafter they brought it out, I headed home, took a look... and saw they gave me the wrong order. Not at all impressed with myfirst experience ordering here. For the size and number of toppings, this XL Santa Fe pizza was a great deal. The pizza itself was good, not anything special... but about as expected. Only complaint is that they went heavy on the red onion, too much for me. Read more

10/5 stars. I ordered a couple pizzas last night to my hotel at 8:57, not knowing the place closed at 10. Delivery was estimated... 45 minutes. 9:45 rolls around, nothing, 10, nothing, I?m feeling dumb/guilty for not checking the time BUT at around 10:20 Iget a call from the front desk saying my zza?s are here. Praise to be the tall delivery man with long curly hair who got it outhere despite the store closing at 10, despite him having more work to do back at the shop. Solid guy, great tasting pizzas. I ordered through the website, which I've done dozens of times before with no problem at all, but this time it went sideways. ... The form said that I hadn't entered a CVV, which I had, and didn't actually create an order. My credit card was chargedthough. That seemed a bit odd, so I called the store to confirm that they had received my order. They hadn't. After playing abit of phone tag I spoke with the manager, who promised to have the owner call. I never did receive a call from the owner, butthe charge was refunded promptly. So I never did get my pizza, due to a weird technical glitch, but these guys handled itright. Read more

Such poor quality food. It is not even the food itself that is bad, it is how it is carelessly thrown together. I used to order... from here regularly but after multiple orders that looked like they were put together by someone who hates their job, my lastorder from them had boneless wings so they just put the uncovered wings in a box and lightly drizzled a bit of sauce on the topof them. They were terrible. I sent an email to Blackjack explaining why my order was bad and they didn't think it merited aresponse back. If you live near this Blackjack then trust me, there are many other local pizza places around here that have muchbetter food for maybe a fraction more. Treat yourself. Read more
