This was my first visit ever to JM's...Staff was extremely kind & informative. Ordered 2 #56 Hot Beef Philly Cheesesteaks with... Provolone, 1 on white & 1 on Parmesan Rosemary bread; while there was no au jus available it was suggested to try oil & vinegar(I'm a Chicago woman-Passionate & Portillo's faithful) and initially thought 'absolutely not' but took a small container withme. food is fine and I understand what it is like to be short staffed, but the person taking our order was in such a hurry that he... didn't even let my boyfriend finish saying our order before he started making it, meaning that ingredients not wanted on thesandwich were included because the person behind the counter couldn't wait for my bf to finish his sentence. my bf didnt speakup bdcause it was lunch rush and didn't want to cause an issue or hold up the line. this is a recurring problem. staff isimpatient and not interested in customer service. let the customer finish ordering before running off!
