This was my first visit ever to JM's...Staff was extremely kind & informative. Ordered 2 #56 Hot Beef Philly Cheesesteaks with... Provolone, 1 on white & 1 on Parmesan Rosemary bread; while there was no au jus available it was suggested to try oil & vinegar(I'm a Chicago woman-Passionate & Portillo's faithful) and initially thought 'absolutely not' but took a small container withme. The flavor of the sandwiches were delicious and so was the oil & vinegar accompaniment!!! Premises were clean, serviceoutstanding!! Highly Recommend this location, I'll be back for sure! Thank You. Expired tuna. I got a tuna salad sandwich from this location earlier today. The fish tasted off and I was only able to finish a... quarter of the sandwich. I've vomited three times tonight. If it happens again, I'm headed to the ER tonight. Not making thatmistake again. Read more
food is fine and I understand what it is like to be short staffed, but the person taking our order was in such a hurry that he... didn't even let my boyfriend finish saying our order before he started making it, meaning that ingredients not wanted on thesandwich were included because the person behind the counter couldn't wait for my bf to finish his sentence. my bf didnt speakup bdcause it was lunch rush and didn't want to cause an issue or hold up the line. this is a recurring problem. staff isimpatient and not interested in customer service. let the customer finish ordering before running off! Jersey Mikes is good and this store does not disappoint. Super Friendly staff, and the guy in charge is fantastic as are the... employees. Everyone is super friendly and the food is very good. There is a small outdoor area and the restaurant is clean. Read more
I got the #56 big kahuna cheese steak! It was delicious. Fast friendly service and place was clean.
The sandwiches were great but unfortunately they could not handle the lunch rush and I had to remind them multiple times to put... things on my sandwich that are standard. I ordered my sandwich and multiple people that were behind me got theirs first. Thestandards of the meat and veggies were on par with other jersey mikes so that was good. Read more
It's not just a sandwich! These guys are rockin it! The boss, (I think) is a great trainer for what looks like new employees.... His patience is commendable! And, most importantly, the sandwiches are so great! Consistent, every time. totally recommend, wishI was there now! Read more
