I ordered the Chicago style deep dish pizza (plain), and it was really good. I'd say the crust wasn't as good as what I've had... in Chicago, but I really enjoyed the chunky sauce. Also, the pizza is packaged very well for takeout, and was still crispy onthe bottom by the time I got home and ate it. Update: Ordered a thin crust Chicago style pizza, and it was very good. Againcame in good packaging and was crispy. The toppings were appropriately sized and well dispersed, and I liked how they came underthe cheese. I will say that the ricotta chunks could have been bigger. Specifically, we ordered an 18" pick four with greenpepper, chicken, ricotta, and mushrooms. Read more
Rosati's pizza is some of the very best. Definitely a one-of-a-kind style, with delicious homemade-tasting ingredients. We keep... coming back. The customer service and delivery is excellent. John, our delivery driver this last time, upgraded our drink orderas they were out of our original order - which turned out to be even better. Read more

So being from Chicago, im skeptical when a place says Chicago style pizza, I have to say Rosati is the very best Chicago style... pizza in colorado, I was absolutely amazed by the taste and authenticity of thier pizza , it literally made me feel like I wasback in Chicago, thier thin crust is soooo soo good, and I went back the next week to try thier stuffed pizza which was alsoamazing. If your from chicago add Rosati to your to do list , and if you just loge good pizza give Rosati a try you won't regretit. Read more
I grew up in the Midwest, northern Chicago suburbs. As a result I am partial to deep dish. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce,... but thought an authentic Chicago style deep dish would have More cheese. I enjoyed my leftovers with additional cheese! Read more
Deep dish was okay, nothing to write home about. Ingredients were good although the crust needs work; just not Chicago worthy.... Their 40 minute wait time was really 65 minutes which we knew from other reviews. Martino?s Pizza. Up the road is better. Read more
So glad I finally got to give this place a go, we got the stuffed pizza which I've been eyeing for a few months since receiving... their menu in the mail. 30 bucks seem ridiculous for a pizza but this thing could feed an army and that's coming from a dudethat can put down copious amounts of pizza. I order from here often. Love the chief sandwich. Pretty good Italian beef for not being in Chicago. The staff is always... friendly. When I recently called I had a, unbeknownst to me, expired coupon. I was fully willing to pay full price but they gaveme one anyway. Delivery is always 20 minutes faster than their estimate. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
