While driving back from visiting my grandfather in South Georgia, I stumbled upon this restaurant online. My family and I were... pleasantly surprised of how fresh everything was. Our favorite part was the dessert. 4 of us had cheesecake , my son had cookiesn cream cake slice. Everyone agreed it was the yummiest cake and cheesecake they have ever had. This is coming from a familythat travels full time across the United States, and we have eaten in some of the nicest restaurants there is. Cozy and welcoming place to enjoy a nice bite to eat. Staffed by a talented group of ladies serving up genuine home cooking with... a winning combination of culinary skill and charming hospitality. My husband and I were passing through Louisville and happenedto stop in Home Fresh Bistro while on a road trip months ago, and I am still thinking fondly of our delicious breakfast andwitty waitress. Nice surprise downtown and worth taking the business route. Nice menu with a variety of items and specials. Free cake on... Tuesday?s. Server was kind, quick and efficient. Food was presented well and served quickly. Bun on pulled pork sandwich couldhave been more fresh but beans and potato salad were wonderful.
