Worse place I have ever been. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes no one wanted to take our order..three people standing behind... the counter and the guy said he was done taking orders for today. It's only 5:30 in the evening. Read more

I usually try to not leave bad reviews but this is just ridiculous. Came through & ordered my family a meal through drive-thru.... (16 piece chicken tender meal). I was asked to pull around for them to bring it out. After waiting 40 minutes my husband wentinside to get a refund. Seriously the worst service. I understand that a business may be short staffed but had I been made awareof having to wait for that long, I wouldn?t have wasted my time. Read more
Last night was the last time I'm stopping at this horrible excuse for a fast food joint. The latest screw up.... (I've already... given up on their tasteless chicken).... I ordered popcorn shrimp with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. After paying andbeing told to drive around to wait, and then waiting for ten minutes, someone finally came out to inform me they were out of macand cheese. OK fine, I'll take fries instead. Another five minutes go by and a bag with a box finally appears. The box containedthe tiniest little crumbles of breading (never did find any evidence of shrimp), a cold container of mashed potatoes and a lumpypile of soggy fries. Gee, shoulda went with the rice and beans I guess. Do yourself a favor, keep driving right on by this joke.There's a KFC up in Wrens. Read more
Horrible service and no spicy chicken ..it was 8:15 last night. Said would be 20 minutes..so we ordered mild and still waited 15... for it.. I would have waited the extra 5 minutes for what I wanted she did even give me that option.. worse chicken ever from aPopeyes.. plus where are the beans it was all rice!!! Horrible experience for a Popeyes ever! And it wasn't like there were notpeople in there to order.. they need to stay off their phone and give customer service! Read more
Very friendly and helpful front counter person that took our order. The one that drives the purple Charger. Super fresh food.
