I had missed dinner with something coming up unexpectedly. It was late, I was driving by and happened to think, " I have their... coupons in my dash." I actually don't eat out a lot. I decided it was too late to cook and I was tired. I ordered a sandwichand a small crinkle fries, both with coupons. I knew they were closing soon and questioned myself what I was doing orderingclose to closing even with coupons. It's not usually the best time to order when staff need to clean up and go home. My sandwichwas freshly made and hot. The employee told me they had to make fries and was closing and they had given me a larger order offries and to have a good night and please come back. My food could not have been any better. It was great! When the same thinghappened again, because it was so good, I ordered at closing again. It was great too! Drive through experience. We order a roast beef sandwich, roast beef slider, sprite and water. At window slider is turkey. Tell... them it was supposed to be RB. We hand it back. He hands us a box. With the same slider in it. No it's supposed to roast beef. Hands us another bag. We drive off. Now we have 2 fried chicken sliders, 1 turkey slider but no roast beef. And our drinks are2 sprites. No water. Oh we asked for horsey sauce and didn't get it either. Terrible service. Sliders we did get were gross andnot edible. Read more
Food was typical choices like all Cracker Barrel restaurants. If I could just give a star rating for waitress, definitely a 5... star. Our waitress was phenomenal and she was working and going as fast as she could go! The gift shop had one of the bestselections compared to other ones within an hours drive away. Will definitely go back just to shop! Read more
The food is good, you know what you're getting. But I really don't like places being used as daycare centers. Someone who... worked there had their kids running around through the place and making a scene with zero supervision telling them to sit downor anything. This puts people off. I get it, things come up, but I've literally worked at places where if someone has tobring their kids to work, they end up sitting in a managers office or someplace and not just running and screaming around theplace and making sure their kids are properly behaved (these kids were probably 5-8 years old), deters people from coming back. I asked for chicken nuggies because I had been around kids all day and was in kid talk mode and as I drove up to get my order I... could hear these mean women making fun of me for saying nuggies. Ok B that's why you work minimum wage. I'm a regular at thislocation, in about twice a week and usually get treated with respect. Cash me outside. Read more
