I don't think they like to work! They would prefer to work when it's convenient for them. Ain't no way the "system" is down... Every night close to close. Mind you it's 8pm. This is a -0! The manager or whoever there took my order the repeated my order back. I asked for a turkey bacon and swiss wrap... with extra ranch he repeated it back to me but my sandwich didn't have any ranch at all. I asked him are you open he told me hetaking care of his last customer. He said I can give you some ranch the next time you come around. I said how does that help menow when I my ordered today? I asked why would I come back and get ranch at a later date and I order my sandwich today? I madethis order around 10:00 p.m. and I did not get what I asked for. I'm 0.3 miles away from Arby's do you know this young man(with the deep voice) did not say another word to me! I asked him again when will you be open? He didn't say anything else, hewas still on the phone. I just heard the background. I said Hello z again I had nothing. I said don't worry about it becauseI'm going to come there bright and early and I want my money back and I hung up. Horrible experience. Cashier and drive thru lady was nasty, rude. She TOTALLY lacked the listening skills that would afford me... the opportunity to to place a simple order for my autistic son. This was a congratulatory gift for winning his football gamethat day. I placed the order and she still got it wrong. Drove 13 miles home to discover the sandwich that was ordered PLAINW/PICKLES ONLY!! was a sloppy, drippy mess..I just threw it in the trash... The food was delicious my boyfriend even liked it and he's a harsh critic when it comes to food. Only giving it 4 stars because... we got shorted on fries. Might seem a little petty but with the price of the combos we expect it to at least look like it's notmissing a handful of fries per pack. Read more
This experience was absolutely abhorrent. Went thru the drive thru, waited quite a bit before anyone answered (np, there were 3... cars ahead of me), tried to order mozzarella sticks & jalapeño poppers and told 'we don't have any. I'm about to close, we havewhat we have.' Though after I got my order I looked at my phone and it was 10:24pm. Online & posted on the window, it says 11was closing. Even after all this I was fine until I got home to eat. My fried were warm at best (I live less than 2 miles away)My beef & cheddar was cold (meat & bread) and was just a dismal amount of beef. DISGUSTED by their DECEITFUL ATTITUDE and their HAIRY SLIDERS and WILL NOT RETURN dropped in at 4:30p on Wednesday... 112721 ordered 12 sliders although there was no one behind us we were told to move forward so their timer wouldn't continue torun (of course so that they would look like they were getting to orders quickly and had great customer service - WHAT ASHAM) received the 12 sliders 5 minutes later then drove home with them upon arrival 2 OF THE 12 (maybe more, gross to consider)had HAIR in them - SEE PICS!
