Arby's was a good experience when I worked there years ago. And ive loved their roast beef from day one. Not this visit but on a... previous one(same store) I had the BEST FRENCH DIP Ive ever had. Ordered a #5 but didn't receive a meal instead received just a burnt sandwich and the 2 cheddar cups I ordered but had no fries... to dip in them. I explain that I wanted a combo and not just the sandwich but then got charged for a fry and drink. Cashiercouldn't have cared less about anyone.
