I?m not going to lie, I love me some Auntie Anne?s pretzels. But don?t eat here unless you?re okay with completely unsanitary... conditions. I watched the cashier exchange cash/coins with the person in front of me and then with those same bare hands reloadand rearrange the pretzel case. She touched the tops and contents of EVERY SINGLE cup of pretzels with her bare, dirty hands. Iwas disgusted and walked away mortified and pretzel-less. Read more
I went to the location in the food court, not the one by Spencer's. The woman who rang me up was very nice, and professional. It... seemed like she was training a new worker maybe. He and another employee working were wearing their masks below their noses, oneof them handled my food and I could see his lips since his mask was so low. This makes me uncomfortable. I love their pretzelsbut I'm not going to be able to eat this. I also work in food service, my staff wears theirs masks on long shifts too so I getthat it's not fun to have to do it but we should all be wearing masks that fit, especially at work and around the public. If itsthat loose hanging off the face that makes me feel like its not clean or its very worn out. I won't be back for a while. Read more

Went to the Auntie Anne?s near Dillard?s, and the customer service (the manager maybe?) was poor. The lemonade tasted off, and... had an aftertaste as if it were old. We went and told the manager and he aggressively grabbed a cup, tasted it, threw the cupdown and told us it was fine. He then asked his employee to taste it, she said she doesn?t even like lemonade, and just said itwas fine. He made it seem like we were lying, but the lemonade tasted old. Not to mention the pretzel on the pretzel dog washard, like it was sitting out for a while. The female employee was very nice, it?s just the manager who had an attitude, not tomention he was complaining about us bringing the lemonade to his attention, we could still hear him. #fail Read more
Worked here main objective was to make sure no hair was in the pretzels. Don't understand why ppl buy the food here it's ALL... dipped in the same butter that gets reused and mixed with fresh butter when low. Too expensive in my opinion cheaper to justmake it yourself 1pound flour. Half cup yeast, 6 and half cups of water mixed well.
