I ordered Chicken Adobo with garlic fried rice. Food smell delicious but it was very salty, it raised my mother's blood pressure... after eating this. They should cook with less salt and without MSG? Update: Owner replied and stated they don't use MSG. Thankyou for your reply. Read more
I didn?t even know what Filipino food was before I tried this food before they even had a truck at the Westport Road Farmers... market. Now I check their Facebook page every week to see where they will be. I live out in Lagrange and they come out to OldhamCounty quite regularly which I appreciate. My favorites are the pancit and chicken adobo and some other Filipino BBQ dish that Ican?t remember the name of. Also try all of the lumpia. You can?t go wrong. Read more
Great customer service and nice presentation of lumpia (egg rolls): however, they need to improve the taste of pancit or... noodles, and also adobo. I followed the food truck whenever I could multiple times to support this small business, especiallythat the owner/s and I are from the same country of origin (Philippines). I ran across Bamba at Waterfront Wednesday where the crowd was no less than a Sunday at Forecastle in terms of service demand....
