Took my family for a treat, all the ice cream was mush. Melted and tasted bad. I tasted mine and told them I didn't want it.... They said I had to throw it away. I did. Gave no apology or reasoning behind the flavorless mush. My family kept theirs butweren't happy. Then a girl with glasses and short blond hair told me I ordered it, so they have to charge me. The girl ringingme up said she wouldn't charge me This is my neighborhood and have been coming here since I was kid. But this is probably thethird time the ice cream was inedible. We visited 7/30/2022 at about 8 pm Employees were amazing in handling a situation where the cookie dough ice cream tasted like... spoiled milk. One employee even stated we weren?t the only ones to complain about the cookie dough ice cream. Bald male managerwas incredibly rude saying it tasted fine to him and refused to help other than a refund. We asked for replacements or toatleast pay for the ice cream that did taste fine. He refused and said we got our refund so we are done here and walked off.I?ve never felt so disrespected at this business and have never had a problem with them before. Read more
We drove out of our way to grab ice-cream last night since they were the only place open until 10pm. When we arrived at 9:36 the... lights were on. As we parked the employees inside turned off the lights. There were three employees inside. When I went up tothe door the man that seemed to be in charge opened it and said they were closed. I gestured to the door sign that ready theywere open until 10pm. He said those hours were wrong and shut the door in my face. As we drove away they turned the lights backon. It was just plain rude...not to mention is was my sister's birthday and all she wanted was baskin robbin's ice-cream:( Read more
Tonight, I rode my bike a whole 20 minutes for a milkshake from this location and at 9pm they were already closing! I had also... just got some food from KFC on the way and decided to eat at the table outside. Multiple cars with several other customers alsopulled up and were turned away. Right after I finished eating I was about to leave and the punk kids who were closing early hadthe nerve to approach me and laughed when I said I was going to tell their boss about the bad service. I am a regular customerand normally have a great time at this place. I have even been here after 9 before and they were not closed... more than once! Idon't think I will be coming back anytime in the evening because it's basically a bunch of unsupervised kids doing what everthey want. Read more
Been going here for years & will continue to. No matter how long the line, I?m always waited on in a timely manner. Staff are... always friendly & of course, the ice cream is delicious. Love how they?ve adapted their menu over the years & continue to createnew flavors & treats. They even have some vegan flavors now which is awesome! Read more
We have been loyal customers since the grand reopening a few years ago. Our children had a blast! They enjoyed the music and... joined in dancing! They also had fun getting to spin the wheel to win prizes. The face painting was of good quality and best ofall, no waiting. Of course the ice cream was amazing! Best of all, the kids love the outdoor seating, which is wonderful on swarm summer night! Read more
I absolutely love this baskin robins. I have so many special memories at this place that i will NEVER forget. I met my current... husband here, we had our wedding ceremony here and by twist of fate I happened to give birth to all three of my children here.On hot summer days the owner lets me stay in the freezer and find my comfort there. My oldest son got engaged here while eatinggold metal ribbon and my dog met his soulmate here. I quit my office job and got a job at the paint store across the street justso I could observe baskin robins from afar, it?s is my happy place. Read more
