The fry cauliflower wings is to die for (I asked to make my extra crisp)and they don't mind substitute for other stuff. Like... tonight I got the pizza bar Pizzeria and instead of putting chicken they substitute the cauliflower and it's to die for I cameyesterday and I'm back again today what that tell you and I'm real picky. The service is freaking awesome about for my waitresseach time was freaking bread and very attended to the customer needs. Our waitress was the one saving grace, as she was sweet and attentive. But the rest of the staff was straight out of Lord of... the Flies. A group of hungry feral cats would've been better behaved. They were literally dropping hateful, loud f-bombs on eachother. I'm glad my daughter wasn't with us as she's pretty sensitive to that sort of thing. My wife's salad was missing severalingredients. We were sitting in the dining room as other patrons were arriving and they were being told the dining room wasclosed because no one showed up for work. So that felt awkward. Prices were sky high, we cleared $65 for just the two of us tohave entrees (black bean burger and a Cobb salad) some tater tots and a couple beers. They went pretty light on right servingsize for fries, as you can see in the photo. B-dubs has obviously never been a go-to for fine dining experiences, but dude.This was just sad and disturbing on multiple levels. Read more
Very little staff they did all they could do. So you ask for more info, here it is. Our first contact was Hayley, she says she... was not my waitress. She came back shortly and took our order. So far so good. We noticed six tables were waiting on food. Threepeople checking on tables. Out appetizers came and were good. Then forty minutes later we ask about our food, another waitressgoes to check. She says they were waiting on chicken tenders, we ask her to bring what she had so it would not get cold, theydid. Finally chicken tenders came out but was not what we ordered. Five minutes later we get right order everyone else hadalready eaten and ready to leave. They box up our tender and didn't charge us for it. Our bill was right at 100.00 I left a20.00 tip. The girls on the floor did all they could do. I just moved very close to the store and was excited to take my familythere, but not for long. We deserve our money back but not before you add more help. Every time we order take out we are constantly given cold/old fries, even if i?m just waiting there at the front with not a soul... in sight. Something is almost always forgotten, and the customer service is average. This place used to be our hangout spotafter school or before a football game and the food and service was actually good! But now the standards and management isnon-existent. Like the other review said I?m not here for free stuff, it?s just upsetting to see a business that you grow upwith decline the way it has? It's fairly clean and the service was good. I'll order food to go because it's so close. I love to order on Thursdays because... it's buy one get one free wings or on Tuesdays when it's buy one get one 50% off. They're currently understand like everybodyon the planet so just be prepared to wait a minute or two longer than normal but other than that foods always great hot freshand plenty of it Read more
Service is a thing of the past. I understand it?s hard to get people nowadays but still you should have somebody at the front... counter to greet your guest and bring togo orders. I ordered ultimate nachos with chili. Surprise, no chili. Chips are soggyand basically just nasty. Food here used to be good. Now it?s just disappointing. Ate here tonight for dinner & first time coming to BWW in a long time. Of course, was dissatisfied. Took at least 20 minutes for... our appetizer to come out. Once it did, the wings took another 20 minutes. (Weren?t busy) Our waitress was just okay, she didn?tcome around at all & check on us like she should. We wanted the BOGO deal so I got 15 & the wife got the 15. Well we each got30. What in the world?? Was also told ?takeout orders are busy? well the dine in is just as important. No wonder BWW is goingout of business. Not the same anymore which is unfortunate. Ordered a 15 piece boneless through the app, went to pick it up to see that they gave me a lot more than 15 pieces (about 40-50... pieces total). I thought to myself that they were most likely the scraps of what they were about to throw away and sure enoughthey were, poorly sauced, hardly any meat and mostly just breading.
