Absolutely ridiculous!!! Walked in at 11:30am. No other customers. Had 6 people in our group. After waiting 10 minutes lady came... up and said I cans handle a group of 6. Tried calling the number on the door listed for the general manager after leaving andgot no answer. I am part of a regional staff for my company. If one of my locations refused to take care of a customer no matterthe issue we would have to have a serious conversation about their future with the company. I will never come to this locationagain. I understand being short staffed, but we genuinely waited an hour and a half to be seated/receive our meal when it really wasn't... that busy at all. Again, I understand being short staffed, but having to wait that long was ridiculous for just 3 people. Wewere told it would be a 20 minute wait and that turned into over an hour. Pepsi tasted like diet. Asked for water took forever. Ordered a burger. BBQ pizza and the ultimate sampler. As a meal for the... family. The sampler was brought as appetizer and it was cold by the we got silverware or napkins. Waitress would just ignoreyou. Worst service that I have ever had. Walked in and the first thing you see is a bar full of plates, napkins, food, practically leftovers and trash from previous... customers. From what it looks like 1 server and just 1 party in a table. No one greeted you, looked at you, or even waived ?heyI?ll be right with you? No music, no life, no reason to call this a bar much less a lively bar. It smell like the kitchen wasout in the open of the dinning room. The rugs all flipped and flopped. Floors greasy, humid, and when you get into the dinningroom it?s smells like kitchen-rug-grease. I legit left. And that?s the same thing those employees should do if they have someethics for the work they do. We came in after a long day and was immediately told that there was only one server for the evening. There were very few people... here so we waited. Billie was simply incredible! We did not have to ask for anything and she took great care of us. Billie andthe rest of the staff killed it tonight and it was very much appreciated! I can't say enough good things about our service andthe quality of the food tonight! THIS, is service and food done the right way, thank you! Read more
I placed an order for to-go at 4:10 in the morning of the same day, it was ready at 4:30. Ordered 20 wings, and both boxes only... had eight wings in each of them. If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would. The booth was so disgusting! We were there as soon as they opened so that means... they didn?t clean it up properly. My food was so cold and they forgot to bring my fries but I just decided to just eat and hurryand get out. My server was amazing that was the only good thing. I was from out of town and just wanted a hot meal at myfavorite restaurant but that didn?t happen well. Read more
Waited for someone to come for 10-15 minutes. Place wasn?t busy at all. Very quite. Tables were dirty and then got told 45... minutes for a wait. No other Buffalo Wild Wings location is this way. Can?t blame it on lack of help. All locations strugglewith that and they still manage to keep it together. That has happened several times over the past year. Mexican food it is!!! Read more
