The website says it closes at 10p, so I drove all the was there just to be told in the drive thru they were closed. It was 8p!... Who closes 2 hours early without a notice on the drive thru? The young lady said they were closed due to technical difficulties. Read more
Was served raw chicken, in a kids meal nonetheless. Had I not tore it open for my 2 year old, my toddler would have taken a big... bite of raw meat. The drink machine must be broken as our sodas tasted disgusting and the tea that replaced the sodas tastedold! The final straw was taking a bite of coleslaw and instead biting down on a large piece if wood. Wouldn't eat here again ifyou paid me. Read more
Walked in they have only one person working the front counter and the drive through and he never said hello or nothing no eye... contact no smile and the 2 cooks both looked up and saw me also standing there they didn?t say a word either then after hefilled the ice and put the order out the drive through all he said was what can I get for you that is so sad that you can?tteach the staff to be friendly and hard working at the same time I have been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years and Iworked for Capt Ds when I was younger and boy how this company has really dropped their standards and it?s so sad because theyhave always had the best fish of any fast food restaurant and that?s the only thing that I come back for at least I got a smileand a have a nice evening when I left Read more
I have been going to this captain D's for over 35 years. The last few years they have really gone down hill. But they redeemed... their self with today's visit. Service was great, food was great, fresh, hot and plentiful. Hopefully they continue with thegreatness! Read more
Extra long wait for Drive-thru order. Area needs some deep cleaning plus the restaurant had a B rating. Didn't have country... style batter per the rude order taker. The food wasn't that great, it was so-so. I won't be back..ugh????! Read more
The employees were friendly but the overall service was terrible. I waited about 15 minutes to get my order and when I did the... fish were shriveled up and disgusting looking from the old grease that used, my fries were completely cold and I had to wait anadditional 5 minutes for fresh fries.. by the time I got my fries the rest of my food was cold! And the general manager walksaround the store joking around with the employees instead of checking on her customers and making sure everybody is taken careof. I love Captain D's and visit several of locations across Louisville but I will be sure to avoid this location in the future. Read more
