I googled searched for dinner in Louisville and Cask went way above any expectations I had! Loved the atmosphere and the chairs... were so comfy! Our server Jolly J was amazing and on top of everything I asked for! The owner, Ashley even delivered the foodpersonally and works as hard as every server... great teamwork among the staff and last but not least the food was awesome!Fried green tomatoes and the pork nachos.. yummy!!! *with pickled red onions made it fabulous! The buttermilk fried chickensandwich and the fried green tomato BLT was equally delicious and yet the mashed potatoes with onion gravy rivaled thesandwiches!! The gravy was phenomenal!! arrived with no reservation around 12 pm on a sunday. waited about 30 mins. ordered the shrimp and grits. not gonna lie they... don?t really look appetizing at all bc they?re swimming in oil but they tasted amazing!! also got the Dude Abides brunchcocktail which was very good. the waitress was sweet and attentive despite how busy they were. the interior of the restaurant isvery cute and spacious. will definitely be coming back soon! Great attentive service although there was only the owner and the GM in the kitchen. Took a little longer than expected but... that?s to be expected when short staffed. Amazing experience! Burger week brought two of my friends and I to this fantastic establishment and I?m glad it did. The staff... was fantastic and even though there were wait times because of burger week, the time flew because of how attentive the Ashley(the owner) was with us. She kept checking on the tables while smiling. Bethany and Brittany were also so caring anddown-to-earth! When there is a line, that is a good indicator this is the place to be. The quality of food and customer service is on point!... Woah!!!! What an experience! We were greeted immediately by the sweetest host who escorted us straight to the table. Our... waitress was super responsive and took our order right away! We ordered the devil eggs as an appetizer! They were eggoliciousand gone before I could even take a picture. We ordered a sweet tea and ?I can?t taste the alcohol? delicious and left my palletthirsting for more. Then our dinner arrived that smoked meatloaf will leave you asking for the recipe (please don?t tell my ????grandma). We sided that with the loaded fries! ???? I ordered all sides the creamy Mac and cheese shells melted in my mouth. Thegreen beans made me feeling like I was in the south! That baked potato ???? had me screaming ?oh mr.
