Worst Chick FIL A is an understatement. Always out of at least 1 item. Food is of an inferior quality to pretty much any other... Chick Fil A location. Every time I would get breakfast, the biscuits are always hard and crumble into dust. This is never anissue at the St. Matthew's location. Clearly, CFA corporate is not exercising enough oversight of this location. I work in therestaurant industry. I understand, but this is something else what goes on here. Menu item shortages I get. I understand. Idon't see it at any other CFA in Louisville, but I still understand. However, the below average food quality is something Imust report. Coupled with the incredibly slow service times. I think it is great they have the digital first transactionsystem. However it should not be there if the employees cannot keep up with the orders coming in. Guests should not be waiting40-45 minutes when you are literal steps away from multiple other dining options on campus. I will not likely be returning tothis location. Read more
Worst chick fil a i have ever been to. Out of chicken and ice cream machine broken and they say they can?t help get me a refund.... Chick-fil-a is always great, but the staff at this location are the most efficient of them all. The queue is crazy but totally... worth it. Also the prices are slightly higher than Chick-fil-a on Bardstown Road. Read more
