Food & drinks tasted fine. Service was only mediocre. They said they were out of the liquor for our mixed drink but then they... found some a few minutes later. Server forgot napkins although we specifically requested them. On a positive note, service wasquick & friendly. Read more
An experience that could only be described as Magical. One of my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the potato soup and our other... guest enjoyed a healthy chicken bowl. As for me, my burger was top-notch. I only subtracted 1 star because our server wasn'twearing a belt. Read more
Eh. It was busy and short staffed, which I don't mind. The appetizer was cool when we got it. We waited a while for my food,... which came out later than the rest of the food. The food tasted pretty good. Our bill was high, and I had to wait a long timefor a to-go box. I probably won't be back bc my bill was almost $100, but the food nor service wasn't that remarkable. Food was great ! I love the fact that when your food comes out and they put it on the table in front of you it looks EXACTLY... LIKE THE PHOTOS IN THEIR MENUS ! Compared to say the hamburger chain that shows you a photo with the meat patty bigger then thebun and is hanging out all the way around with lots of leafy lettuce and nice red slices of tomatoes BUT when you unwrap it allyou see it the bread of the bun and when you open it up there is the meat patty 1/4" smaller all the way around then the bunwith a little slice of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece and a dash of shredded lettuce! At the top of the photo is my wife'sCajun Chicken Pasta and the plate at the bottom is the same but with the Chicken replaced with Shrimp for a $1.00 upcharge.Chill's serves it 1 piece of garlic bread and they will bring you a second slice, only it you ask for it, at no charge. Butafter that , they charge you extra. Note: if you get either of these dishes you need to check it as soon as you get it to makesure it's hot , because more times then not , it is barely room temperature. Don't know why but if that is the case we just askfor it to be heated up and they take it away and return it in about 5 minutes , steaming hot and Very Tasty. Last but not least....I like my garlic bread a little toasted but as you can see in the photo it is more like warm bread with melted butter on it.I usually tell the server, when I'm placing my order , to make sure the bread is toasted. This is what it looks like when youforget to mention that you want it toasted. We got these off their 3 for $10 part of the menu. Chilis has a special place in my heart but the service at this location is declining. As a fellow server who values guests and... the guest experience I am disappointed by the service here.Food never fails me though. The food was good and service was ok. We were sat in an area where all the ceiling lights were out andit was extremely dark.... There also seemed to be an abundance of kids that were yelling. The staff were also loud while they rearranged a seating area.it sounded as if they were slamming the chairs and tables intentionally. Read more
