I've never been to Chili's, so new experience for me. The waitress was a darling. She was funny, she was sweet, and she dealt... with a group of kids. I would say she was the best lart of the experience. Now, I won't forget the food. The food was delicious.I'm telling you, the ranch, the burger, the fries, and the CORN. We had an awesome time at Chillis ????. Our waiter James was great and he was very in taking order and also gave right... suggestion. His smiling face was one thing which is the USP of him. I love Chili's. I've been a fan for ages and ages and aaaaages. The food at Chili's is always reliable, the staff is always... friendly, and this location is always a great location to visit. We always sit at the bar, and Katie has been our server about98% of the time. She's always pleasant and greets us with "HI!" and a genuine smile. She's waited on us so much that often ourdrinks are on the table by the time we get seated. We've been taking advantage of the 2 for $20 / $30 offers for quite a whilebut always ended up not eating until, like, Tuesday because there's so much food involved so we had to change our strategy andjust order straight menu items. That was a good plan in theory because we'd be spending less (not a huge concern) and eatingless. WRONG. Along comes their rewards program and with it, a free basket of chips and salsa on every visit. Well, that's justwhat I need. So much for eating less. Since we normally visit on Sunday between 11am and Noon O'clock, the place is usuallypretty quiet and we've beaten the church crowd. Generally we're in/out in less than an hour and on with our Sunday. On ourmost recent visit I re-visited the Ranchero Chicken Soft Tacos -- my favorite for years -- and it was EXCELLENT. Tacos need tobe delivered quickly because they cool down fast, and these were delivered hot and DEEElicious. And then, *BAM* right behindthem comes Katie with an iced tea refill. Of the major chains Chili's rates up toward the top for me for menu selection, value,service, and food. As I think back to all of my visits to this (or any) Chili's location, it's one of the few restaurants thatI'd don't recall ever having a problem of any kind. Ever. Read more
Place was great, not really too busy. The food was good especially the tacos ! Our server was awesome, kind and friendly . He... kept our drinks full and kept the chips n salsa coming . When I arrived on a Wednesday evening, I told the wait staff that I only had a one hour break (from work). I asked if it would... be possible to get dinner...she said they were very busy but she would do her best. Wow, did she! I quickly ordered from thePick 3 menu. Lemonade, chicken enchilada soup, the 6oz steak, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I went to wash my hands andreturned to my drink and a place setting...Moments later my soup arrived. The food was excellent, steak prepared exactly asordered, potatoes and broccoli were fresh. I can't applaud their efforts enough. Kudos to Chili's on Hurstborne!
