I came in at 11am today for lunch. I asked for the #2 combo and orange chicken twice. When the girl started to make my plate she... put bourbon chicken on my plate. I stopped her and said I asked twice for orange chicken. She then proceeded to spoon thebourbon chicken back into the buffet table. As a former mall store employee, I always ate at Chinese Gourmet Express. The bourbon Chicken is the best in town, and the... kitchen is always quickly replacing items if they run out on a busy day. I recommend the spicy version of the bourbon chicken,as it give more of a kick. Read more

Bin there coustomer for years, today I want and bought three meals I asked for hot sauce the lady at the cash register handed me... one, I origenally asked her for four of them she simply said no, I did insist, then she gave another two. Really!!!. Sauce isthe simplest side in the food service that make people come back. The pic. Attached shows how big is the hot sauce containerthey dont even fill it halfway. Come on!! This place turned out to be one of my worst restaurants I?ve ever ate at. The workers were so impatient and just plopped the... food on the tray carelessly. When you ask for water, they always want you to order the bottled water instead of the tap water tocharge you extra! Also, don?t get me started on the food quality. The orange chicken had like 10% chicken and 90% batter! Thefried rice tasted like nothing. The noodles weren?t too bad, they were just dry.
