Pretty sad you ask for a steak bowl and they barely give you any steak. I won?t be back to this location. Every order is messed up. I had a free meal from the last time they messed up my order on 8/5... that I redeemed today. #1, upon entering the restaurant the worker at the front was very unpleasant. Doing everything with anattitude, being rude to guests. Being a tad bit aggressive when giving people their bags, in a sense she was ?flinging? the bagsat people. #2, they gave me less than a handful of lettuce and the rice was crunchy. Messed up order on 8/5: Missing fajitavegetables, lettuce, green sauce. I like to give places 2nd chances but this is the 3rd time and nothing has improved. Read more
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. They were nice and helped me get my pick up order asap but the food was not... good. They forgot ingredients on both our items and the tortillas and chips were very stale. The inside wasn?t clean at all andemployees were just standing around talking. Read more
A great lunch. As a gluten-free dairy-free vegetarian, I got the vegetarian salad, with a couple extra scoops of guacamole. It... cost more than fast food, but less than almost any other restaurant ... So I will probably go there once in awhile for a treat. Read more
Horrible experience! They told me 15 mins for chicken then told me the line was closed for 30 mins while the refilled. I then... ordered they didn?t have cheese, sour cream, corn or lettuce. The dining area was filthy I had to ask for something to clean myown table. Just look at the pics. Read more
I got a burrito. There was almost no customers in the restaurant and the line still had half of the ingredients missing. They... put half scoups so the burrito was very small, and the basically folded it like a taco and smashed the ends in with the foil. Itwas quite sad looking, and the they loaded the burrito bowl in front rod me so full they could barely close it. No consistency,there was 6-7 people behind the counter. I get that people aren't busy all the time, it just felt like they didn't care anddelivered very poor service/food for the amount of staff did not make me feel good about the experience. Read more
Twice I?ve been underwhelmed by the quality at this location. Undercooked, hard rice and frequently out of cooked ingredients.... The most recent visit only one staff member was helping the line while the rest were talking in the back. I left due to lack ofingredients and will plan to visit other chipotles of better quality instead. Read more
