Fresh Ice cream . . .lots of different things to try and choose from . .
The line was to door, with only 2 associates on a Saturday evening. Several people left because one associate was filling online... orders and the other one was trying to keep the line down which kept growing. This is the second visit were this has happened.Suggestion have associates cut off online orders to maintain coverage of in store customers. Read more
Showed up an hour before they closed and the employees had put everything away. There was about 15 people trying to get ice... cream and the employees told us they wouldn't bring more out. What a waste of customers. Read more
Recently relocated to Louisville and decided to take my son for ice cream. We walked into the store 10 minutes to closing. ... Even before the door closed behind us, we were greeted with a shout by the employee behind the counter stating they had a line,were closing soon and would not allow anyone else in the store. We left in disbelief as this has never happened to me before. As we got into our car to leave, I noticed other patrons going into the store and not turning around to leave. I called thestore asking if there was a manager on duty and if I could have their name to speak with later. I was told the managers namewas confidential and I could leave a message or call back before the employee hung up on me. I understand that 2teenagers/young adults can get overwhelmed but the rudeness was really disappointing. Read more

So the ice cream is real rich and creamy, only complaint is the employee was seemingly the only one there and very overwhelmed,... and didn't know what they had on the menu. I think this is a management issue not the fault of the employee, or even laborshortage. Read more

Terrible service at this location. One girl working on DoorDash orders, one girl serving the customers. The girl serving... customers, after serving the people in front of me, decides to walk away and go and do some other tasks (I had been waiting inline for quite some time and she definitely knew that), leaving no one serving the customers. And of course the girl doingDoorDash can?t stop and assist even though there is no one there waiting for DoorDash. It was not busy at all.. Just awfulcustomer service. Read more
