My only complaint is that I was not not able to try everything on my first visit. Everything looked super good. Seeing Food... going to other customers made me want what they were having. This place is always delicious. We love going here for breakfast. My favorite is the Enchiladas Con Huevo with carnitas and mole... sauce. Comes with guacamole and chips. My husband gets the Drunk Burrito and my mom loves the Cafe Con Leche (coffee drink). Read more

Went here for breakfast on a weekday. Atmosphere was bright, but relaxed and cozy; staff were attentive and friendly. The food... was delicious, beautifully presented. Great fusion twists on some classic breakfasts - the Tres Leches Pancakes were excellentand not too sweet. The Dulce Leche French Toast was on the sweeter side but was well balanced by the fruit. First time at Con Huevos and we asked what we should order. Tres leches pancakes and huevos rancheros is what they said they... were famous for. We ordered and also added the Omni-vore breakfast sandwich. We aren?t big huevos rancheros fans but this dishwas excellent and we both agreed it was something we?d order again. The tres leches pancakes were delicious. Sweet but notoverly sweet and the Omni-vore sandwich was on a delicious brioche bun. The hint of jalapeño aioli gave it just a touch ofheat. Excellent Mexican brunch food and great coffee. We had the Enchiladas con Huevo, the Omni-Vore, and the Omelette de Papa and... everything was fantastic. Portions are about right for brunch. It's counter order, then they bring it to your table. Read more
