Hands down the worst DQ I have ever been to. When I pulled up to the order lane the person taking my order had a bad attitude.... When I pulled to the window it was even worse kept slamming the window really came off like it was a bother. Told me to park inone of the spots out front. So I did when she brought my order out she forgot my daughters slushy so it took her 10 more minutesto get that. When she came out with it that was the saddest slushy we?d ever seen. She ran off back inside so I walked in to seeif they could fix another one. Same woman told me told on no one was at the window no one in the restaurant at the time. So Iwaited 5 minutes then asked the woman making the ice creams if she could help me. She came out twisting her mouth clicking hernails mumbling?well I don?t know why she keeps taking orders for slushy when the Machines down? I asked what she said. She justsaid oh the machine is down started taking the slushy off at first not offering anything to replace it. Anyway after messingwith them my food was cold to me that?s $22 waisted who wants to pay that much for cold food and bad service. Read more
I got a choco brownie extreme blizzard last week and today, and both times the ice cream was vanilla-y and it was the... consistency of a frosty. Another dairy queen refused to remake it, saying I?d have to go back here and get it made wrong a thirdtime. Read more
My time and money was not valued. I was picking up a DoorDash in the lobby during Sunday evening and had to wait 25 minutes for... my order, even at times when the drive through was clean they did not help me with my order but helped customers in the lobbythat came in after me when they knew I had not been helped. Eventually I had to ask for them to finish my order. Read more
Didn't get complete order and was not told they were out of items until I had to call and left message and then was told after... she finally believed I was there. 2nd time we went here and both times items were missing and/or items were not up to par. Wedecided to go to this one because the one on Bluegrass Pkwy was way worse and full of attitude. Read more
The oreo blizzard I had and my wife's brownie with vanilla ice cream were amazing! Then, we asked for a small vanilla ice cream... cup to take home for our son, and they gave it to us for free. The small ones are called pup cups and they are currently free.Therefore, we got six of them instead of one and surprised all six of our children. ???? Read more
20 minutes for a cheeseburger and a chili dog. No, they were not busy. The business dynamics model says you can have two of the... three: Speed, quality, cheap. If two out of three ain't bad - then one out of three is. At least it was cheap!!! ???? The constant increase in the cost of everything is affecting us everywhere, but to further increase profits DQ is making... portions smaller. $7 and $12 and the fries aren't even full or hot! The lunch special is a single burger now & not a double.???? Read more
