Can we just as a Hikes Point community stop going to this unprofessionally slow and poorly run establishment? The prices are... high, the wait times are so long it?s like why even insult me as a customer by being open. It used to be so much better. Breakfast hours on Sunday end at 11am as posted online. Sat in line for a good 10 minutes and when I got to speaker at 1032am... was told they were not taking any more breakfast orders. One evening I was in line about 8pm and staff closed and left withoutexplanation. Will a live person please reply? Read more
Came here on a Sunday to get breakfast, waited in line to order, then get to the speaker to order and ask for just a minute to... figure out what I want since you can't see the menu until you are right in front of it. Then right in the middle of my order, awoman comes outside to my car and says, "oh sorry, we stop serving breakfast at 10:30" to which I look at my phone, and see itisn't one minute past. I looked at her and asked her if she was serious, to which she replied "YA" I mean what a joke. Andincredibly rude. Went this morning and the girl in the drive thru could barely talked. I asked if she was sick and she said she had the flu. I... asked why she was working and she said because they?re short staffed and she didn?t have a choice. Honey there is always achoice.
