I spent $170 bucks on an order today. All 3 pizzas were cold. The cheese fries were cold and the garlic ball were cold. I could... have saved a bunch of money and got better food at Little Caesars. I wanted to like it but it's expensive here and my Pizza was dry, Not cut and the kitchen didn't give me the right toppings. It... caused my wife to not be able to try the Pizza. This place was AMAZING! My girlfriend and I came here at the end of our impromptu day trip to Louisville. I read all the reviews... online and decided this was a place worth checking out... OMG I had no idea what was waiting for me on the other side of thedoor. I loved DiOrio's environment and aesthetic. Our server was kind and helpful. The beer was ice cold and our food wasmouthwatering. We had a 20" pepperoni pizza paired with their famous dough balls... We were completely blown away by the tasteof everything. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. We already decided that we're definitely coming backnext time we make a trip to Louisville. Thanks for the incredible service and hospitality! Put 1 star because there?s no lower than 1 star. Had a Dr. appointment in St. Matthews, so we went to pick up food on the way... home (and hour drive). We paid $77.00 for TWO 15in pizzas, and TWO appetizers. When we got home, no one wanted to eat it becauseit wasn?t good. It wasn?t that it was cold, we love cold pizza, its just this pizza literally tasted awful. We called themanager and he took his time (20mins on the phone) when he answered he had an attitude, he wouldn?t let us talk, he keptinterrupting us and calling us names, etc. This is not how people are supposed to act. Maybe they had a bad day, not sure, butjust be careful when you go here. If you get bad pizza here, DO NOT expect good customer service. Read more

I've eaten at DiOrio's several times and always enjoyed the food and service. They sell made to order large pizza slices with... ingredients you select - slice is adequate size and made fresh and delicious. Often, I order the hot brown pizza slice; it's awonderful taste twist on a Louisville tradition - the Hot Brown. Tonight, I ordered the lasagna with salad and garlic toast, andI can tell you I will be ordering it again - very soon! The lasagna was mouth watering and exceptionally tasty with a perfectbalance of ingredients for my preference. My friend ordered the same and was also impressed by the quality and taste. Every timeI've been there many others are there and seeming to also enjoy the delicious food and friendly service ...and if you need tokeep up with a sports event, tvs are on the walls and above the bar. First: I don't drink. No clue about the drinks. Food is great. Little loud/crazy for families with kids but it's doable. It was... our first time and no tables were cleaned when we showed up. No one seemed to care we were standing until I finally asked thelady if we just picked a place to sit or they would tell us where. Then someone came along to clean off a table. Read more
