Tried to call for delivery & got national call center. Non English speaking representatives. Requested direct connection to... store. Man answering at store was rude and disrespectful not wanting to take order referring us back to call center. Done withwhat was once a great experience and store. Pizzas are delivered fast and hot but unfortunately the pizzas are unlikely to arrive as ordered. I order the same custom Pizza... with extra toppings on a fairly regular basis and it rarely shows up with the extra toppings that I ordered and pay a premiumfor. This Domino's always has my order ready faster than I think. They also deliver so quickly, and when the incorrect pizza was... delivered they quickly resolved it and delivered a fresh correct pizza in 15 minutes. Great client service! Read more

The pizza is great the quality control and managing of this place is horrible. We just received a 4th wrong order in a row. We... eat pizza EVERY Friday evening as a family tradition. Needless to say we will no longer be purchasing pizza from this dominosagain. Read more
I eat out quite a bit, especially this last year, so it isn?t to hard to compare the service customers get from these... establishments...and I?ve gotta tell ya, this Dominos beats them all!! They?re just really great. They?ve made good on requeststhat aren?t so common, they?re ALWAYS welcoming and as cordial as a person could be. I?ve embarrassingly placed orders oneminute before they close up shop and they took those orders no different than they would?ve n the middle of the day. Ordershave never been wrong and the overall experience with them just can?t be beat. The customer service they offer makes the mealsyou get just that much better. I don't know who I talked to tonight but gave me some attitude just because they messed up on my order and try to tell me they... didn't take my order. It's not that hard to read, gave me ranch instead of marinara. Two different things and gave me attitudefor it. It's sad that you can mess that up. Most importantly I ALWAYS GET EXTRA SAUCE ON MY PIZZA BUT HARDLY GET IT. it's timeto stop being lazy with their job. I work in the food industry so I know how bosses be with food cost but if a paying customercan't get what they want must be because employees are taking home whatever they want.
