I have ordered from them multiple times since I've moved back to Jtown... But No More!! Worst Customer Service ever and I have... been in Customer Service for over 31years!! If the actual owner of the one in Jtown would like to call me..I would be happy tolet them know how unprofessional their staff are...Truly despicable!! Normally this Dominoes would get 5 stars. Today only 3! I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks and habenero wings. The dessert did... not include the icing and the sauce was on drizzled on the wings. Such a terrrible job. If I wasn't on lunch break I would goback to the store. Read more
This place should be sued for false advertisement. Their website states no-contact delivery, however you can?t get anything... delivered. Every time I call they just give excuses on how busy they are. If you are so busy you would think you could afford topay a delivery driver a decent wage to stick around. Service is also poor, expect missing sauces and/or wrong toppings. Thislocation has even accepted my order and then never showed up, I have 2 kids at home and expect when I place a order and it?saccepted that I?ll be fulfilled, however this location left me and my kids hanging so I was forced to cook a late meal for mykids.
