I have ordered from them multiple times since I've moved back to Jtown... But No More!! Worst Customer Service ever and I have... been in Customer Service for over 31years!! If the actual owner of the one in Jtown would like to call me..I would be happy tolet them know how unprofessional their staff are...Truly despicable!! Normally this Dominoes would get 5 stars. Today only 3! I ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks and habenero wings. The dessert did... not include the icing and the sauce was on drizzled on the wings. Such a terrrible job. If I wasn't on lunch break I would goback to the store. Read more
This place should be sued for false advertisement. Their website states no-contact delivery, however you can?t get anything... delivered. Every time I call they just give excuses on how busy they are. If you are so busy you would think you could afford topay a delivery driver a decent wage to stick around. Service is also poor, expect missing sauces and/or wrong toppings. Thislocation has even accepted my order and then never showed up, I have 2 kids at home and expect when I place a order and it?saccepted that I?ll be fulfilled, however this location left me and my kids hanging so I was forced to cook a late meal for mykids. Disappointing to say the least. Wasn't cooked all the way, was cold when I got it, had to cut it myself, and took almost 2 hrs... to get my order. Read more
This is not my favorite location but it's okay. Most of the time they forget to butter and garlic the crust. Parking is... difficult because they share a building with a gas station. Also the inside is a little ran down. Read more
This is my neighborhood domino's. They on occasion get things wrong just like anybody else, and normally I ignore it and go on.... But this is unacceptable. My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and a desert. Hers was fine but mine didn't have any sauce at all(medium BBQ with chicken and bacon) so my wife called and told them what we found. The guy told my wife he had made it himselfand he had put sauce on just not extra but would send out a replacement anyway.
