So I have to share how kind, professional & attentive this Domino's guy was to me last Thursday 7.14. I forgot his name but he... had tons of pins in his Hat. He was by himself but what made it such an amazing experience was his demeanor. He greetedeveryone that walked in, even if he was in the middle of making pizzas, checking the Oven, boxing them up. So at least you feltacknowledged. On top of that he had the BEST attitude which made the wait not so bad bc you felt Welcome. Domino's you need togive this guy a Bonus. I will never use this Domino?s again. I order my food and and call 1hr later. The manager says the driver is on the way and call... back if you don?t get your food. I call another 1 1/2hrs later for him to tell me my driver has dropped it off and he must havedelivered it to the wrong house. Everyone in my neighborhood has Ring doorbell cameras that are linked to each other. In otherwords they made up this story and instead of being honest they lied about making the food. So this disaster was supposed to be a a spinach and feta cheese pizza, It literally tastes like they just threw Alfredo pasta... sauced on top of it. Yuck!!! 9 months ago was our last order and we did delivery. The pizza was delicious and to expectations. This time we did carry out... yesterday (June 3, 2020) and our pizza was not evenly made. Pick up was fine There, except there was no sign directing us whereto park due to rhe parking lot in the works for a new paving job. So we had to park on the side of Baskin Robbins and walk downto get it. There was hardly any spinach in it and the the chicken and bacon weren't an even amount or spread out evenly. I ate1.5 slices and found a small light brown hair inside of my pizze. It was inside of it! Not on it. ???? so I immediately stoppedeating it and my husband called the restaurant. The first call someone had picked up and hung up on us. The second call we hadsome gentleman answer and he apologized and offered to make us a new pizza or to send us a gift certificate in the mail. Wedecided to do the gift certificate, but know if you do need to do this, it takes up to a week to get to you in the mail! Wedon't understand why domino's can't just issue a regulsr refund. The chicken did not look appetizing and the toppings weren'tevenly laid on them. Thankfully my kids were eating the chicken because it just didn't look good. After we use our giftcertificate we will probably never order from this location again. The lyndon location is much better and has never given usproblems. Read more
Newest Update 12/2/22: 2 pizzas and wings...THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EVER!! Do not waste your money here! ... I thought I'd... give it one more try again tonight 12/29/21. Food quality - horrible. Definitely never again. . . I've been living in theimmediate area for 40 years. I have been frequenting this Dominos as long as it's been there. The food quality hasincreasingly worsened. Last night 12/2 was the final straw: two pizzas, two pastas and wings, it was horrible. Never again! Read more
