Absolutely the worst experience I have had. The pizza was burned, the pasta only had 4 pieces of chicken in it and I never got... the baked marinara and cheese dip after 3 trips to my home. My order was cold I was there to pick it up and they made me wait. Very unsatisfied with my order. It shouldn't have been cold... when I was there way before. Bad service. $20 and some change for cold pizza that's so wrong. Very bad service. Earlier this evening I placed an order for delivery. An hour after ordering I looked at the tracker & was informed that Jeff was... on his way. 30 minutes later, I open the front door & see the driver parked in front of the house. It was assumed that he hadeither dropped it off by the door or was about to. Neither would be true as I watched "Jeff" pull away. The tracker wouldeventually (20 minutes later) tell me that my order was complete. Now 2 hours since my order was placed, I call the number forthe store only to get a Now Hiring recording on loop. My uncle had an order with a free pizza coupon. When I why to pick it up, Lacy questioned me, "where did you even get this?" As... if I shouldn't have it at all. I informed her that a few were given to my uncle as part of a gift from Domino's when he retired,as he'd worked there for so many years. She informed me that this is a corporate store, and the coupon is for a franchise(Nowhere on this coupon does it state that it has to be any specific location). Essentially, instead of accepting it, informingme for future reference, and getting repeat business, she showed me that she'd rather throw food away. Read more
