Tried to do an online order kept telling me there was an error. Got this 6 or 7 times. Call the store in the 5400 block of... Preston sat on hold 5 different times 4 of the times was over 20 mins once for 12 mins with no answer at all. That's justridiculous but I'm sure pizza hut will thank you for my business. Read more
Ordered a pepperoni jalapeno and banana pepper pizza and wanted our sauce replaced with barbecue sauce when we got our pizza... pizza we came in and picked it up and it was cold and there was barely any barbecue sauce on it leaving it just almost availableto eat it was tough and it really really shocked me because usually domino's has the best service but I have to strongly agreewith this domino's I would definitely suggest papa John's when living in this area. Been trying to get in touch with the store for 25 minutes about my order. I have been on hold the entire time. My order was... supposed to be delivered by now, but shows on their website my order is still in "prep" status. Do not order from this Dominoson the web. Call them. If you can't get them on the phone, move on. To top it off, my card is charged for the order itappears I will never get. Read more
Was told our food would be delivered in 45 mins...its been over an hour. When we called they hadn't even started preparing the... food. We finally decided to go get our food ourselves. Waited 2 1/2 hours for my single pizza to get delivered. App said it had been delivered though it hadn?t. Waited 15 extra mins.... Called the store. Pizza is definitely old, stuck to the box while trying to grab a piece, wait time kept moving up when the place is only 10... minutes away, and there is olives and spinach mixed in with my jalapeños and pepperonis. Read more
Went to place a delivery order online and it said delivery unavailable, carry out only. So we placed a pick up order online and... within about 5 minutes it had been canceled. I was already on my way to the location at this time. My girlfriend tried callingseveral times and was being placed on hold. When I arrived there was only one order on the screen as I watched the employeescanceling all online orders coming in and ignoring all of the calls that came in. The order I placed online was $24 but when Ihad to reorder in the store it was $26. Not good for business and I hope that the owner of this franchise sees this review. Read more
