The manager on duty for Nov. 20th at 515pm was an absolute fool. The online 50% coupon was not working and while i understand... that the coupon cannot be manually entered at the store, all he could say was ?well uh i uh umm i uh well uh yanno uh? are youserious my guy? Thats who they chose for management? The first guy i spoke to was so much more helpful (i called about 10minutes prior, shoutout to that guy, i missed his name) This place is spitting distance to my home but i will NEVER go here. Having worked for Southern Indiana Dominos, this store does not compare in quality or customer care. Dominos preaches... consistency and this store is the epitome of consistency. Every time we order, it is consistently poor. While living only 8minutes away, it takes 40 minutes after it leaves the store. Our food is always cold. You should not let people track yourdrivers and see that they stop when and where they want. Just save your time and money and Don?t order here!!! Read more
My experience with this location was excellent!!! There was a young woman, and a young man working on Tuesday the 21st at 3 pm,... and they could not have been more courteous, helpful, or polite if they tried!!! They are awesome kids that are naturally goodat customer service. Whoever you are manager, you better give them both a raise, and fast track them for your managementprogram. Otherwise, I might just have positions for both of them in my property management company. Just another exame of howemployees make, or BREAK!!!, A business. Keep up the good work you two!!! So, the order took over 2 hours. Didn?t get the sauces I ordered, wrong pizza and wrong wings. Everything was wrong.
I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. Horrible experience the employees were just talking we had to wait at least 20min for... them to take our orders they had no plates and when they finally took our order they left to the back door for a good 10mins.Never coming again so disappointed.
