Food was good, margaritas left much to be desired. I was not a fan, and I?m not picky about my tequila or margaritas. These just... weren?t great. Read more

If you're a vegetarian, don't eat here. While I eat meat, my child does not and it is evident to me they don't take the proper... precautions to keep their meat and vegetables separate. I've had three occasions where chicken is mixed in with the vegetables. The first time it was discovered we sent the meal back and got a second meal that once again had chicken in it. We went backfor a second time and got a similar plate and found once again it had chicken in it. I hate to write this review. We have eatenhere many, many times but I think it's important to let other vegetarians know this location does not care about your dietaryrestrictions. If you chose to eat here just understand, even if you don't get meat in your dish, it's unlikely, IMO to bemeat-free. Read more

Ordered the Monica?s platter, paid extra to add peppers and onions to it. They left off the queso, which is a key ingredient. My... boyfriend drives back and she tells him it doesn?t include queso. Look at the menu, it?s clearly on there. Then she refused togive him any or give a refund. Would not recommend. Extremely poor customer service. Read more

I eat here a lot. Usually for lunch. Never had a bad meal. Never had bad service. Everyone is friendly and the food is... great. My only complaint is that sometimes a dish doesn't have enough cheese! But I love cheese...I highly recommended thisplace. Read more

This is the third time in a row we've had very poor service. beers were warm after we reordered bottles they were warm it took... us 45 minutes to get our food and it was barely warm. This seems to be a recurring thing with this restaurant since they'vechanged management. Read more

Louisville has a lot of Mexican restaurants, and many of them are similar in all ways. El Nopal has been around longer than many... of the others and their number of locations speaks to their success. The menu is large and portions are huge. Bring an appetiteand don't be afraid to try something new. Read more

Food was fast and tasty. Service was attentive. The chips at this location were thicker than usual but I still over indulged.
